After a good few days of Unreal Tournament 2004 rage at the World Cyber Games in Seattle, our newest member Trinelin proved why she’s a g0d! After playing 78 challenges from gamers around the world, she came out alive with only three losses and Ms.X playing 64 games and losing only one.

Bill Hutchens of the News Tribune has written some nice words on Trinelin and included a video of her kicking butt at the shootout.

Well after almost a year- the finalists for Miss Video Game were announced & I am in ! http://www.missvideogame.com/

So it looks Like 4 other girls and myself will be flown Nov 8-12 to Montreal from all over the world. The finals will consist of alot more than just CS1.6. We will be competing in 20 games on 5 platforms & they don’t let us know which games until we are there… so no practicing really. Then again- that makes it a less stressful.

The fun part is I have gotten to know a few of the girls and we know we are going to have fun (sans hating ) ^_^ So come by and say hi when you come out. We will be having the finals at Arcadia (Nov 9-11) which should be a blast.

I am hoping that g0d goes there too with our sponsors… it would be so fun to get together with everyone. Hopefully I’ll get a moment fom a tight schedule cuz i needs my g0d fix!

We’re on day 2 of the WCG event and so far it’s been good. The venue
is great despite being in a somewhat secluded area. The tournament
games have been going smoothly though today there was a network issue
with one of the Command and Conquer stage games. The matches at the
Razer booth so far have been good, yesterday I played UT2k4 due to
some technical problems with Quake III. I lost one match to Zaccubus,
a top UK player.

Today Trinelin kicked off the day with UT2K4, then I took on some
Quake III games. Neither of us lost a game, hopefully we can keep that
up tomorrow! We are about to head over to the Stoked lounge at the
players village for some free pizza, STOKED ENERGY drinks and Xbox
battles. Ciao!

GGL wire is making videos from WCG, Seattle. Yesterday their reporter Mahmood challanged Ms.X in a game of Quake 3.

During the day they will be taking challenges at the Razer booth in both Unreal 2004 and Quake 3. If you will be there definitely stop by and say hello!

Also ….some good news. In partnership with the totally awesome new drink “STOKED ENERGY,” there will be a dragons den lounge at a suite in the players village hotel. It will be open from 10pm-1am on Thurs, Fri, and Sat night with free pizza, Stoked, and Xbox battles! with the girlz 0f destruction and Team EG.
